Medical Project Management Supervisor

Objective:
The Medical Project Management Supervisor works closely with the medical management team to ensure all projects are completed according to timeline and within budget. They plan and designate resources, monitor progress and keep all stakeholders informed throughout the project development and implementation.

Duties and Responsibilities

Planning:

• Plan and oversee projects relating to the strategy and innovation of the medical department
• Determine and define project scope and objects
• Monitor Progress and make adjustments as needed
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Provide project updates on consistent basis to relevant stakeholders about strategy, adjustments and progress
• Assist CMO & medical team in making decisions on important issues and work closely with them on new projects at AOH

Functional:

• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Act as point of communication between all departments
• Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution
• Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues
• Develop a detailed project tracker to track progress of medical projects
• Perform any other relevant duties as assigned
• Organize the medical team meetings and committees by coordinating with all stakeholders, setting the agenda and taking minutes of meetings
• Support the Business Line Owners in their BUA

Job Requirements

Education:

• A bachelor’s degree in medical field or related

Experience:

• 2-3 years of experience in project management, preferably in healthcare
