Objective:

Responsible for creating and implementing internal/employee communications content and contributing to programs that actively engage employees.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to develop the communication & internal events plan calendar.
  • Deliver communications tailored to different internal audiences in such a way that the message can be communicated most effectively to specific stakeholder groups.
  • Coordinate all site-based internal communication and employees engagement activities.
  • Ensure internal messages are communicated to employees in a clear, timely and effective manner, using a high impact writing style and format.
  • Contribute to increase employee engagement by developing different strategies to respond to staff feedback.
  • Create multimedia content and repurpose content for internal communication purposes.
  • Responsible for the employee opinion survey including communication campaign to achieve the targeted participation rate, the analysis and action plan recommendation.
  • Ensure organizational initiatives and projects are successfully communicated to employees and stakeholders
  • Utilize videos as a main engagement and communication channel.
  • Handle the internal communication response to crisis situations.
  • Manage the internal events and addressing potential problems that may arise.
  • Work collaboratively with the Marketing Team to ensure consistency of the message and join up internal and external communications on key theme.

Requirements:

Education:

  • BA in Journalism & Mass Communication, Business Administration, Marketing, Literature, Language or equivalent.

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Marketing background is a plus.

Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office applications specifically PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Design skills using software such as Photoshop, Illustrator & Aftereffects.
  • Attention to Detail.
  • Team-Oriented.

Work Conditions:

  • Full Time basis 5 days / week.
